Tamanna throws challenge to Kajal

f Kajal Agarwal looks like the sole competitor for number one throne in Tollywood with a series of super hits, then spare a thought for Tamanna. The latter has equally good movies that are lined up for release. Tamanna is striking back on Telugu screen with 100% Love movie which has been creating huge buzz. If that is not enough, there is Badrinath which is lined up for release in May.

Tamanna is also doing NTR Jr. next movie Oosaravelli and she is the one who will romance Ram Charan in Racha. There are many more interesting offers in the pipeline for her. Tamanna made few bad choices in the past and faded away from Tollywood. But she is back and with a bang now.

She throws a firm  challenge to Kajal and all others who are eyeing the top spot. Tamanna is not that conservative girl next door anymore. She has the perfect curves and is ready to flaunt those. That is icing on the cake!

Badrinath audio release on May 7

The audio of director V.V. Vinayak's ongoing Allu Arjun-Tamannaah starrer Badrinath will be released on May 7, producer Allu Aravind announced.

M.M. Keeravani has composed the music. The movie is expected to hit screens either on May 27 or June 3. Meanwhile, the makers are currently shooting a few scenes in Hyderabad and will wrap up the remaining parts in a few weeks.

Badrinath is a complete action film, starring Allu Arjun as an Indian samurai. He took some special training in Vietnam for this role in Badrinath. Story is by Chinni Krishna, while S. Ravi Varman handles the camera.

Naga Chaitanya, Sukumar movie 100% Love is slated for release on May 6. Youngsters are eagerly waiting for this movie as it looks to have targeted at them. Promotion and audio also promises the same.

Sukumar is known for making youth friendly movies with different concepts and Naga Chaitanya earned the love of youngsters with Ye Maya Chesave. Tamanna is still hot among the youth because of Happy Days.

Here is the first list of 100% Love Nizam theatres. Keeping college youth and holiday crowds in mind, the makers are planning for a big release even though it is a medium budget movie. Let us see if this movie lives up to the hype or not.

Soap firm restrained from using actor's photographs

CHENNAI: The Madras high court on Monday restrained a soap manufacturer from using actor Tamanna's photographs to market its products as the contract has expired.

In her petition, Tamanna said she had signed an agreement with Power Soaps Limited on October 7, 2008 that she would endorse the company's products till October 6, 2009. However, while she was involved in discussions to endorse products of another company in the last quarter of 2010, it was brought to her notice that Power Soaps Limited continued to use her image to sell their products, in particular on the wrappers of soaps manufactured during November 2010 and February 2011, she said.

Though notices were sent to the company and its agency, J&D Communication Private Limited, on January 18, 2011 and February 1, 2011, the replies were evasive which prompted her to file a legal suit claiming a compensation of Rs 1 crore for the violation, she said.
